The courses of these programmes have been designed to promote understanding of the issues in the business world and the economy as a whole. The Programmes will help understand the student understand and evaluate various systems, policy frameworks and strategies needed to administer the rapid changes in an organization’s globally oriented environment like equipping students with an understanding of the financial system, its constituents, the principles on which it operates, inter-linkages and regulatory concerns apart from exposure of different functional domains of management.
The B.Com. and B.Com (Hons.) programme is a specialized programme designed with a distinct focus on specialization in the field of commerce. The aims of the programmes are:
Department of Commerce in AKS University is offering various academic programs including B.Com/ B.Com (H), B.Com (CSP)/ CAP/FM, M.Com and Ph.D. as per NEP-2020 to the students for inspiring them to create a career in Commerce field as well as to make them a responsible citizen who can uplift the society with their entrepreneurial skills. Department has committed for overall transformation of students by training on multi dimensional skills related to entrepreneurship and skill development. Apart from the academic activities, students are also encouraged to participate in various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and are also made aware about their social responsibilities. Taken together, we aim to groom students with ethics, knowledge, skills, enthusiasm and willpower, so that they should stand with competence in the race at any frontiers in their career and personal as well as social life.
